A "wonderful choice" if you're looking for "proximity to the Mile" and Millennium Park, this Euro chainster earns points for "fabulous views over the Chicago River" from some of its "modern rooms"; but those who declare it "bland" and somewhat "soulless" further knock an "impersonal" staff that's more "convention-friendly" than "people-friendly" as well as a restaurant that's best suited for a "stuffy, traditional power lunch."

Amazing location and views. Very friendly and great staff.
Parking is $52 a night.
Wonderful experience. The views even from the south are great. I hope to get a lake side view next time I go. Upscale accommodations, with a spacious room, and pillow top bed. Very helpful staff when we needed to find a pharmacy nearby. Taxi's always at the ready. Large bathroom with shower and separate tub. Kuerig Coffee maker in the standard room we were in. ...read more

The extra charges for fitness room, pool and parking.
